Technical specifications
Our facility runs a 12 kW fibre laser cutting machine with a 2000 × 4000 mm working area. Its dual-table system lets loading and unloading run in parallel with cutting, which keeps waiting time to a minimum and supports higher throughput, an uninterrupted workflow and shorter lead times.
Cutting programs are prepared in Metalix CAD/CAM, and technical files in DXF, DWG, STEP and dimensioned PDF formats can be processed directly. Advanced programming and nest optimisation plan material use efficiently while maintaining cutting precision, dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
We work up to 30 mm thick in mild steel, galvanised sheet, cold-rolled sheet, stainless steel and aluminium, covering everything from one-off samples and prototypes to high-volume series production.
